The starting point of the route is the labeled crossroad in Švica village. At the crossroad turn sharp left to Ponori region and ride on the paved road. After about 3.80km turn left on the unpaved road and descend to the village. Keep right at the end of the village and proceed to ride on the carriageway. In the valley keep left and proceed to the east course on the carriageway partly overgrown in the grass. The carriageway ends with the ascent and the crossroad with the paved road. Turn right for about 0,85km and then turn left. Keep left on the paved road and proceed to Vivoze village. The paved road turns into the unpaved road. Turn left on the next crossroad and proceed on the carriageway that turns into the singletrack along the forest. The singletrack descends to Gacka Valley. At the end of descent there is the carriageway overgrown in the grass. Proceed to the east course. In the village turn left and proceed along the coast of Gacka river. Follow the east course to the springs of Gacka river. Some of the next crosses are labeled as Barkanova Staza. There are many options of this section and you can ride on both sides of the river. The last section to the springs of Gacka river is placed on the paved road Otočac – Gospić. Just follow the sign named Izvori Gacke and turn left on the labeled crossroads. The paved road proceeds to the spring of Gacka river named  Tonković Vrilo. From Tonković Vrilo proceed to the next spring of Gacka river named Mejerovo Vrilo. From Mejerovo Vrilo proceed on the paved road to the north west course. After the long paved section at the crossroad keep straight and proceed on the carriageway to the north west course. The carriageway section ends with the crossroad. Turn right on the paved road Gospić – Otočac. At the next crossroad follow the direction to Prozor village. The paved road proceeds along the village and leads along the coast of Gacka river to Otočac town.
