The starting point of the mountain bike route is at the parking place near the hospital in the town. It’s free of charge to leave the car. From the hospital proceed to the east along the town. Pass near the fortification and ascent to the highway Dubrovnik – Cavtat. At the cross with the highway turn sharp left and ride back to Dubrovnik few hundred meters. At the next cross turn right to Bosanka. The steep ascent leads to Bosanka and than to Srđ tower. From Srđ tower proceed to the end of the paved road and than turn right on the rocky carriageway. The carriageway leads to fort Strinčjera and few hundred meters before fort there is the junction. From the junction the rocky carriageway leads along the Srđ mountain. Keep the ride on the carriageway until you reach the paved road near Žarkovica. Turn right on the paved road and proceed back to Bosanka and than to Dubrovnik. For more details check above interactive Map and below Gallery & Notes of the route.

Notes & references:

The route is recommended during winter spring and fall. During summer time is very hot. GPS unit with uploaded route is a must.
