Zrinska Gora mountain bike route is situated in the area named Banija around 70 km south from Zagreb. The route is easy and long loop around Zrinska Gora mountain. Most of the trail is unpaved road through the forest. After rainy days some sections are muddy. On the south side of Zrinska Gora the trail passes near the ruins of Zrin fortified town.

The starting point of the mountain bike route is the parking place near the school on the road between Umetić and Mečenčani villages. From the school proceed on the paved road near the church. Turn right on the crossroad and proceed straight through Mečenčani and Borojevići villages. At the crossroad in Komogovina village turn left. Soon the paved road turns into unpaved. Turn left on the next crossroad and proceed straight on unpaved road for 7 km. Turn right on the crossroad and follow  the ascent to the ridge of Zrinjska Gora. Keep left on the next crossroad.  After about 1,3 km turn sharp left and proceed to the south course. After about 9 km the carriageway turns into paved road. The ruins of the former hotel are on the left side. Proceed on the paved road to the next crossroad. Turn sharp left on the carriageway. After 1km there is the crossroad. The carriageway on the left side follows to the peak of Zrinjska Gora. There is military radio relay station and it is forbidden to shot the photos. Keep right to proceed for Zrin village. The carriageway section follows to west course than steep descent follows to the south. Turn left on the next crossroad. The carriageway continues through the village. Keep left in the village and on this crossroad turn left and steep ascent follows to the village and crossroad. Turn right on unpaved road and after a hundred meters keep left for Zrinska Draga village. The ascent follows, on the next crossroad keep left than left again and at the top of the hill near Zrinska Draga village turn right on the paved road. The descent follows to the next crossroad. Turn left on paved road and proceed straight to Zrin village. Turn left in the village. On the left side there is the spring of drinking water. The paved road turns into carriageway. On the crossroad turn left for the ruins of Zrin fortified town. On the same crossroad there is the hard visible carriageway (overgrown in grass) on the right side. With the last one proceed to ride back for Mečenčani village. The ascent follows along the carriageway overgrown in grass. Keep left on the next crossroad and proceed along the ridge through the forest. Keep left on the next crossroad and after 1,7 km turn right proceed straight keeping north east course and after about 9 km pass the stream and turn left on the crossroad.
